3 Bass Recording Ideas

A few ideas I’m currently working through.

1. Try a limiter to get a more globally solid sound across the spectrum of notes. Likely put the limiter last or first in the effect chain. Aiming to soft clip at best.
2. Saturation? Trying various saturation levels to thicken and beef up the sound.
3. High pass filtering, try the variances on this from mixer, and other input devices as well as software filtering. Could provide useful.
